Rosa Centifolia Flower Water
Science & Benefits
Rosa Centifolia (Hundred-Petaled Rose) Water is a hydrosol obtained via steam distillation. Unlike the essential oil, the water contains only the water-soluble aromatic compounds and tannins of the rose. It acts as a mild, non-alcoholic astringent and humectant. It helps to balance the skin's pH and tighten the appearance of pores. While it is non-comedogenic, it carries a very low risk of aromatic sensitivity in extremely reactive skin. For most acne-prone users, it is a safe, refreshing hydrator that provides a soothing sensation without clogging follicles.
