Bacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, or Natto Gum, is a high-performance bio-polymer produced during the fermentation of soybeans by Bacillus subtilis. It is a natural source of Polyglutamic Acid (PGA), a 'super-humectant' that can hold up to 5,000 times its weight in water—exceeding the capacity of Hyaluronic Acid.
